TEMPORARY CHANGE OF VENUE FOR BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETINGS
Beginning in June 2024 - due to renovations at the ABC Building - Board of Education Meetings will be held at Westside High School (8701 Pacific St.) in the Little Theater. We anticipate this change of venue to last through December 2024. Updates to this timeline regarding the location of Board Meetings will be posted on the District Website and on the front door of the ABC Building.

2024 Phillip & Terri Schrager Foundation Distinguished Teaching Award Winners Announced
Each year, the Phillip and Terri Schrager Foundation honors two deserving Westside Community Schools educators leading the way in innovation in the classroom. On May 24, Terri Schrager presented the 2024 Schrager Distinguished Teaching Awards to two WCS educators: Julie Carruthers, kindergarten teacher at Oakdale Elementary, and Faren Huben, 8th grade mathematics teacher at Westside Middle School.
