To enroll at Westside Community Schools for the 2025-2026 school year, follow the steps below:

1. Complete New Student Enrollment forms by clicking: English, Spanish, or French.
2. Student's Birth Certificate
3. Parent/Guardian photo ID
4. Student's current immunizations
5. Physical Exam form with Vision Test: Required for students entering Kindergarten, 7th Grade & students who are new to the State of Nebraska or outside the U.S. Exam must have been conducted within six months prior to starting school.
6. Proof of Residency/Address in the district:

• • Proof of home ownership (mortgage statement, tax bill, homeowners insurance) AND current MUD or OPPD bill
  • Lease - ALL pages (current and signed) AND current MUD or OPPD bill

After the enrollment forms are completed online, an email will be sent from the Enrollment Team to make an in-person appointment at the Westside Welcome Center, located at 909 S 76th Street, to bring in the required documentation.
