DISTRICT FACILITIES MASTER PLAN
PHASE I: In 2013, the District's 15-Year Facilities Master Plan was created. At that time, it identified approximately $240 million worth of work that needed to be done throughout District 66 in the coming years. In May 2014, Phase I of the Facilities Master Plan was approved by our voters for $79.9 million worth of work that focused on safety and security throughout all buildings and campuses, and included new buildings for Sunset Hills, Oakdale, Swanson, and Prairie Lane. Extensive remodeling work was done at Westside Middle School as well. All projects were done ON TIME and ON BUDGET! Click Here for details of Phase I.
PHASE II: On May 9, 2023, district voters approved a $121 million bond for Phase II that includes new buildings for Hillside, Westgate and Loveland and other projects which will benefit everyone within the district. Click Here for more detailed information on Phase II projects currently underway!
