Our Instructional Model is built as a foundation and measure for our teachers to keep a pulse on highly effective classroom and instructional practices in order to meet the needs of all students. This resource supports our district strategic plan, drives teacher decision making and serves as communication to our parents and community on how every child in our district will be educated. Starting in our new teacher program, teachers work to improve upon their current practices and build their capacity to continuously grow in the skills necessary to be an effective classroom leader. Our teachers reinforce their data-driven lesson planning and utilize our Instructional Model as a guide in their professional learning communities to collaborate on the most effective practices current to their level and content area.
